CRAFTSMANSHIP
                     & QUALITY

Looking for a window or patio door that delivers a durable, weather-tight, long-lasting performance - it's all in the details. Superior design and manufacturing techniques provide products to use and enjoy with freedom from concerns.

uPVC EXTRUSIONS
Timeline Vinyl window and patio door components combine the lastest in uPVC technology, including computerized blending and compounding. By adding impact modifiers and acrylic stabilizers, the process results in a window or patio door frame with amazing strength properties and incredible resistance to sun damage such as yellowing, flaking or chalking.

Color stabilization means that the 3 available colors - White, Sandstone and Adobe stay true year after year. Also, the solid color throughout the extrusions minimizes the appearance of scrapes and scratches. Timeline vinyl material is ideal for even the toughest environments; corrosion-free vinyl combats coastal and industrial air borne pollutants.

MULTI-CHAMBER DESIGN
Chambered air space is an extremely effective insulator which protects the inside environment from fluctuating outside temperatures. Timeline's multi-chamber design traps air for increased energy efficiency. The engineered design keeps its shape and eliminates corner and seal cracks during cold weather contraction and hot weather expansion.

Timeline Vinyl windows also employ a built-in drainage system within the design to combat inevitable moisture invasion. Without a superior drainage system, moisture will cause seal failure and access into the interior. This flush-mount internal weep system incorporates an insect shield inside of the frame hollow to prevent undesirable pests.

FUSION WELDING & STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Fusion welded corners on all sash and frames are one of the differences between ordinary vinyl and superior vinyl windows and doors. All corners are welded in the manufacturing process. No mechanical fastening devices are used with the exception of frame to sill on patio doors. Timeline's state-of-the-art computerized assembly process yields an uncompromisingly strong, beautifully clean, sealed unit.

To incorporate additional strength from within, patio door stiles and large mull configurations (54" and larger - width and/or height) have 16 gauge galvanized steel reinforcements. Meeting rails and hinge rails are fortified from within with aluminum. The additional strengthening details are another example of dedication to the production of premium products by Timeline Vinyl Products.
