Extrusions
Timeline uses a unique vinyl material blend that is optimized for best weathering and color retention. Our high quality cPVC contains
an exceptional blend of titanium dioxide stabilizers for ultimate UV protection along with impact modifiers for increased durability.
Premium vinyl quality and meticulous tooling create smoother vinyl surfaces leaving less dirt build-up, less absorption of damaging solar
energy while delivering a beautiful semi-gloss finish. Timeline windows and patio doors meet and exceed the seven AAMA & ASTM industry
standard tests. Beyond these standard tests, our vinyl is subjected to seven additional requirements that insure only the highest quality
products get into the field. Building better vinyl windows from the best vinyl blend, it just makes sense!
Multi-Chamber Design
Chambered air space is an extremely effective insulator, which protects the inside environment from fluctuating outside temperatures.
Timeline's multi-chamber design traps air for increased energy efficiency. The engineered design keeps its structural
integrity and eliminates corner and seal cracks during cold weather contraction and hot weather expansion.
Timeline windows and patio doors also employ a built-in drainage system within the design to combat moisture invasion. Without a superior
drainage system, moisture will cause seal failure and access into the interior. This flush-mount internal weep system also incorporates an
insect shield inside the frame hollow to prevent undesirable pests.
Color
Color stabilization means that the three available colors; White, Sandstone and Adobe; stay true year after year. Also, the solid color
throughout the extrusions minimizes the appearance of scrapes and scratches. Timeline vinyl material is ideal for even the toughest environments;
corrosion-free vinyl combats coastal and industrial air borne pollutants.
Fusion Welding 
Welded frame and sash corners join profiles that create independently sealed chambers for superb energy performance and superior durability.
The thermal fusion process also limits air infiltration while providing consistent product quality. Our welded frames are the basis for a
heavy, strong and versatile vinyl window platform.
Structural Integrity
To incorporate additional strength from within, patio door stiles and large mull configurations (54" and larger - width and/or height) have
16 gauge galvanized steel reinforcements. Meeting rails and hinge rails are fortified from within with aluminum. The additional strengthening
details are another example of dedication to the production of premium products by Timeline.
Nailing Flange
The full perimeter integral nailing flange is standard on all Timeline windows and patio doors.
Care & Maintenance
Cleaning is as simple as wiping periodically with warm water and mild soap. It's easy to keep the vinyl frames beautiful for life - both
inside and out!
